Enrolling at Yule Brook College
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Yule Brook College.
Our enrolment process is designed to give you the chance to learn about Yule Brook College and determine if we are the best fit for your child, while also allowing us to learn about your child.
To enrol you will need to:
- Complete an application for enrolment.
- Attend a school tour.
- Complete a student enrolment form.
- Attend an enrolment interview.
Once you have completed each of the enrolment steps, your child will be able to start at Yule Brook College on the Monday following the completion of the enrolment process.

Our enrolment process
Our enrolment process will guide you through each of the steps needed to enrol your child at Yule Brook College:
Step 1: Complete an Application for Enrolment and attend a School Tour
The parent or legal guardian completes an Application for Enrolment in a Western Australian Public School (Secondary) form and submits the completed form with all supporting documentation either online, in person or via email.
The parent or legal guardian and their child attends a School Tour. School tours run on Tuesday at 10.30am each week during the school term.
After the application has been submitted and school tour is attended, the application will be assessed by the Principal and your child will either be offered a place at Yule Brook College, or you will be informed in writing that your application was unsuccessful.
Step 2: Complete a Student Enrolment Form
Once your application has been accepted you will be provided with an enrolment pack, which contains an enrolment form and other school information.
Complete the Student Enrolment Form and submit it along with your supporting documentation via email or in person.
Step 3: Attend an Enrolment Interview
Once your enrolment form has been received, an Enrolment Interview will be scheduled where you, your child and your child’s team leader will meet, and you will be given a start date.
Step 4: Start at Yule Brook College
Your child’s first day at Yule Brook College will be the Monday after the enrolment interview.
On the first day, students should head to the front office by 8.30am to check in for their first day, have their photo taken and get their timetable. This gives them plenty of time to get setup before school begins at 8.55am.
Please ensure that your child has all the necessary school supplies for their first day. A list of supplies needed can be found in the College handbook.

Students being enrolled for Year 7 in 2025:
If your child has had their enrolment approved by 1 November 2025 (Term 4, Week 4), your child will receive an invitation to attend the Year 6 Orientation Day and an individual enrolment meeting in late Term 4.
