Please note that an individual enrolment form must be completed for each child wishing to enrol.
Once you have complete and submitted your application form, you will be directed to the school information tour booking page to select a school tour information session you and your child wish to attend.
School information tour sessions run on Tuesdays at 10.30am during the term with additional sessions run at the start and end of the school year.
The school tour will provide you with details about the philosophy of the college and details about how we educate our students to allow you to make an informed decision about enrolling.
At the end of the school information tour, you will be given an enrolment pack.
Please complete the Application for Enrolment (Part B) and return it to the college with the necessary documentation as soon as possible.
Once your completed application has been received, your application will be assessed by the principal and your child will either be offered a place at Yule Brook College, or you will be informed in writing that your application has been unsuccessful.
Upon receiving an offer of a place, you and your child will be invited to attend an enrolment interview. At the Enrolment interview you and your child will be able to discuss class selection and timetables, as well as have an opportunity to meet your child’s advisory teacher and team leader and purchase school uniforms.
Students being enrolled for Year 7 in 2025:
If your child has had their enrolment approved by 1 November 2025 (Term 4, Week 4), your child will receive an invitation to attend the Year 6 Orientation Day and an individual enrolment meeting in late Term 4.
New students start at Yule Brook College on the Monday following their enrolment interview. Please ensure that students have all the necessary school supplies, which can be found in the college handbook.
The school day at Yule Brook College starts at 8.55am, so please ensure that your child arrives at the front office with plenty of time.
