Please use this enrolment form if you are:

• Enrolling a student transferring from another school in Year 7 to 12 in 2024.

• Enrolling a student who is not attending a partner primary school for Year 7 in 2025.

• Enrolling a student for Year 8 to Year 12 for 2025.

If your child currently attends one of our Partner Primary Schools and wishes to enrol for Year 7 next year, please follow the application process found on the Year 7 Transition page.

You need to complete a separate enrolment form for each student enrolling.

Submitting an application for enrolment does not guarantee you will receive a place at Yule Brook College. The college will notify you in writing of the outcome of your application.
