Yule Brook College students use a range of online services to support their learning and assist staff with teaching and for school administration. These services can include websites, web-based tools, and other applications provided by third-party vendors that are not managed by the Department of Education.

As a school, we are required to inform parents and caregivers of all third-party services used at the school, and in some cases, gain consent before a student’s information can be shared. The Department of Education has completed security and privacy risk assessments on each of the services we use.
